After the great session the day before, we made the 2 and a half hour trip back to porth hour as the forecast had prdicted bigger swell!

However it was not as good as the previous days session and the increase in swell obviously wasn't making it around the penisula... anyway it was still good and a session that can be only described as "fun".

Managed to get myself dumped on the beach, and battered my head on the sand from a 4ft drop.....ouch! got a bit of a lump still!

A nice good fun session!
